Research Interest

My research goal is to transform the common polyolefins into new materials with high performance capabilities in new or existing applications; and to explore bio-based polymer for replacing petroleum-based materials. Research effort is improving the understanding of the mechanisms responsible for the unique morphologies and properties. The research is broken down into three interrelated components: microscopic structure, processing, and physical properties.
