Research Interest

• Our research focuses on development and mechanistic investigation of new reactions, with emphasis on catalytic asymmetric reactions, to efficiently construct synthetically useful and structurally complex scaffolds which could be found in biologically active compounds and functionalized organic materials.  Our main interestes are: 1) utilization of compounds with reactive π bonds such as allenes, cumulenes, strain alkenes and strain alkynes in organic reactions  2) development of cascade/one-pot reactions for a greener and more convenient synthesis technology 3) synthesis of compounds with biological activity (antibacterials) and with application in sensor technology.
