    Research Interest

The main focus of Dr. Sirilata’s research involves the development of useful synthetic methodology and its applications in creating a variety of nitrogen-containing compounds such as N-heterocycles and sulfonamides. Our research features the use of transition metals catalysis and metal-free conditions with simple experimental procedures to convert readily available non-activated organic precursors into more complex bioactive molecules. Recently, our group also interests in Green Chemistry for a development of sustainable and eco-friendly synthetic methods to access a valuable organic compounds in high quantities, by avoiding the use of toxic reagents and generating minimal amount of waste.
