This research is focusing on the apoptotic activity of cytochrome c. The study of several variants of human cytochrome c, particularly at the -loops, has been undergoing. The experimental data and modeling using Molecular Dynamics are compared. The MD and experimental information are complementary and were used to support the mechanisms of peroxidase active form of hCytc.
